Preparing for Mass.
(Scroll all the way down to see both the Bride and Groom’s Photos)
The Bride.
The getting ready moments on your wedding day are so much more than hair and makeup — they’re sacred, quiet pauses before the joy and sacramental vows begin. As a Catholic wedding photographer, I believe these photos beautifully capture the prayers whispered over you, the tender moments with parents and loved ones, and the peaceful anticipation of stepping into your vocation. They tell the intimate story of grace, family, and love that frames your entire day, preserving memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Capturing this time preserves a mother’s quiet blessing and the grace of a vocation passed from one generation to the next as she dresses you for the last time.
The Groom.
The groom’s getting ready photos are a meaningful part of the wedding day, often with a very different energy and environment than the bride’s. While the bride’s space may be calm and reflective, the groom’s is often filled with laughter, quiet nerves, and strong brotherhood. As a Catholic wedding photographer, I love capturing these unique moments—prayer, final blessings, shared memories—that lead up to the Sacrament of Matrimony. They tell the story of a man stepping into his vocation with faith, joy, and purpose.
